We offer a Free Intro class to anyone interested every Tue at 5:30pm and every Saturday at 9:00am. If neither one of these class times work for you, just contact us at or at 254.495.7897 and we can set up something to better accommodate your schedule.

Elements Course
Start CrossFit the right way with our 2 x 1 hour classes ran over a weeks time. The Elements Course  will prepare you to participate in all other classes offered at JR CrossFit. Fundamentals classes run 2x a week in small group settings and are designed to introduce new members to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training.

Each class reviews and teaches the proper form and technique used for various skills and functional movements needed to successfully and safely participate in CrossFit. These fundamental classes will progressively increase in intensity as they begin to introduce you to CrossFit style workouts. The end of each session will include a workout involving what was learned that day.

Mastery of the fundamentals are not only a prerequisite to participating in group classes, but mastery of these fundamentals will also make your JR CrossFit experience more meaningful and enjoyable and less vulnerable to getting hurt.
